Louis took an RX8 that needed a new engine, and he chose well for a new power plant! We put in an LFX V6 mated to a paddle-actuated automatic transmission. On top of the powertrain, we installed SPARCO race seats with five-point harnesses, SCCA approved back half roll-cage, V8 Roadsters proprietary coilovers, subframe new wheels, tires and additional suspension components. We upgraded his brakes to the RX8 Sport brake calipers and rotors with stainless steel braided brake lines.
With the powertrain and drivetrain figured out, we gave the car a fresh paint job and added a vinyl wrap to it, so it stood out at the track.
